Treatments at Spine Plus Bow are personalised for each patient. We work as a multi-disciplinary team, sharing information so that patients benefit from our pooled knowledge and experience. Our team is made up of individuals with a wealth of clinical experience, and many specialisms; their combined expertise gives patients the best possible synthesis of the most appropriate remedial techniques and advice.

Where necessary we can refer patients on to our network of leading medical consultants and specialists from many disciplines throughout the London area.

Darren Chandler

Darren Chandler B.Ost.Med, (Hons) D.O

Darren is the founder of Spine Plus Bow and a partner in Spine Plus Clinics. He qualified as an Osteopath after a five year full time degree course, and was awarded the Student of the Year Award by HRH Princess Anne, in 2002. He is a full member of the British Osteopathic Association (BOA), British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) and is a state-registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC). Darren has a keen interest in clinical diagnostics and specialises in spinal, sports and work related injuries.

Terry Beach

Terry Beach LSSM.Dip

Terry Beach is a qualified remedial and sports massage practitioner. Terry works regularly with both recreational and elite athletes of all ages and abilities. So, whether you are an active sportsperson or enjoy more of a passive involvement in sport, he will be able to offer you a massage treatment to suit your needs.

Lisa Spina

Lisa studied at The British School of Osteopathy (BSO) and is part of the first cohort of graduates to gain an Integrated Masters in Osteopathy. Having completed her training at this respected establishment, Lisa has built upon her structural osteopathic skills and gained experience to build patient lists at practices in Stratford and Canary Wharf.

Ricardo Davids

Osteopath Ricardo Davids is one of our "high flyers" having graduated as the top student from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in 2009 with a first class honours degree. Rick also has numerous other heath and fitness related qualifications. He is available in Chigwell on Mondays and Fridays and in Waterloo on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
